I know this is MUCH easier said than done, but you gotta get back on the horse. Time to get out and take some rides. Wear your seatbelt, maybe travel/drive early in the morning when there are less people on the road, go get coffee in the morning early. Or take some rides later at night when the kids are at home in bed, that way its only YOU in the car that you need to worry about. Get used to being behind the wheel again. You can do this!!

You will lose your mind if you dont get some stimulation. Start small, go to the library to get some good books to read, get a coffee and find a river/park etc... find some hiking trails and get some exercise, you'll get to know your new area better and you'll feel better getting some physical activity, it really helps to fight depression.
