Oh so true... I would add

if 3/4 of the chair you sit in to work is taken up by a dog and you sit on the remaining 1/4. (Mikey our JRT)

if you play fetch with your dog while going to the bathroom. (Onni our Yorkie)

if your husband has no socks because your dog takes them for pacifiers. (Onni our Yorkie)

I could probably go on and on. Our dogs are very special to us.
