I'm sorry that you'r going through this. Have you gotten another yorkie? Maybe that would help you. I went throguh the same thing about 30 years ago, moving away from my family and friends, and i also was very depressed for a while.
I know that you said you don't drive much, but it's really important that you get over that fear or you might lose your mind. Then i would suggest doing some volunteer work to keep you occupied.
Do you have a Sr Center. I'm guessing that you are close to or over 50 since you have grown children. Our Sr center is wonderful. We have all kinds of dance classes and other activities and people are so nice. I joined our center about 18 months ago and have made so many new friends. I never had real girlfriends before because I worked and took care of my family and did not have time to have girlfriends. Now i don't know what i would do without them.
Please try to get out and do things. Your family counts on you. |
