Well it's not going to go away entirely, they are dogs afterall! lol!
We use two different methods. We use water in a squirt bottle and then we also put change in a can and shake it.
We don't shake it hard or real close, I'm not sure what yours are like, but Wrigley is really afraid of it and we don't want to scare them too much.
