The link says its been flagged for removal...and yes when they say "free" adoption its usually means stay away from the ad, being its a scam.
Not sure about the words "teacup" but irregardless alot breeders will use the word whether its correct or not. Teacup to me just means its usually 4.0 lbs or less.
