As long as people are demanding smaller pups,this will continue. I dont see this ever ending. I personally like smaller but not 1 lb and 2 lb fullgrown. My smallest is 3 lbs another is 5 lbs and another 6 lbs. Plus Ive done sooo much research that I have learned to see the Red Flags with Teacups,Micro Minis,Designer breeds...

Couldn't agree with you more. When we had our last litter. I advertised "will be small", but did not state "teacup". One woman called asking about the "teacup" Yorkies and I explained that they weren't "teacups", and there was no such thing as a "teacup" designation. She got very indignate with me and insisted that there was as she'd seem them advertised. I explained that that was false advertising. She finally said "Well if you don't want to sell your puppies, then, Goodbye".
