Recordkeeping and identification most likely has to do with the DNA testing the AKC requires. You have to prove that the parents of the puppy are really the ones on the papers. The AKC requires that you keep records and properly identify offspring to prove your puppies are purebred and eligible to be registered with the AKC.
It doesn't have anything to do with the number of dogs your breeder had. That would be cited as problems with inspections.
This is the main reason why the "alternative" registries like the CKC were formed, for breeders who couldn't comply with the new, stricter requirements the AKC adopted. AKC suspensions among breeders who use the alternative registries are pretty common.
A bile acids test is recommended for all Yorkie puppies since Yorkies are 36 times more likely to have a liver shunt than all other breeds combined. Mya is too young for the test to be accurate, but you should have one done in a few months.
