My older brother drives exactly like that! It scares me to be in the car with him. He just recently bought a Honda S2K, the two seater roadster, and now his driving is worse! He now not only flies through traffic, but now has a lightweight, quick car with better acceleration (his other car is a '95 Toyota T100, not the fastest truck out there....unless he's driving
