We just got stairs for our Blossom. She was afraid at first but if you guide her with your hands she'll go. I don't know how to explain but I kept my hands around her just very lightly so she knew she wouldn't fall and she tried it with help. Put the treats down, that helps, and keep encouraging her. Just hold on so lightly that she's doing it herself but still has safety around her body. Good luck and don't give up, it takes time for them to get used to it.
