When Gracie was a puppy, on one of her first days out at the park, she was attacked by a Chi. No blood shed. The Chi was off leash (in a leash only park), and the guy just stood there and watched, then said "He doesn't like puppies much". I was so angry if I had a shot gun I would have..... I told him there is a leash law, picked up Gracie and left. Anyway, I can relate. That lady needs to be taught what responsible pet ownership is.
