Gizmo's picture won the July photo contest at Bloomingtails. We were surprised and honored. The tent has arrived, and it's a fabulous prize!

Gizmo liked it right away as you can see from the photos. What you can't see is that he actually pulled his bed into it and now it's his special little area. We've told everyone that when he's in there, to leave him alone. So, when wants to get away, he has a place to go. He's even started burying the cookies in there that created the winning photo to begin with. How's that for irony?

I was planning to take it down after we took photos and save it for vacations and such, but it's now a part of our living room. lol! I guess with the window ramp we built, the doggy steps to the couch and the tent, that you could say our decorating style is now...... early post modern yorkie! lol
