You can YouTube Iams and see animal testing videos that you will wish you hadn't.
Other than that, it isn't a high quality food and has wheat and corn, both are high risk of being allergens. I use Merrick and there are tons of other great brands. I like to look for human grade so I don't have to worry as much about diseased animals or road kill being included.

This goes for Science Diet also- try to stay away from anything Hills.
