I can only "brush" his teeth by putting a dab of toothpaste on my finger then rub his teeth and gums with my finger... he used to wiggle and squirm away at first (and I'd have to hold him still with my legs and arms) but he doesn't put up as much of a fight as before... I think he's slowly getting used to the routine. I do it every day with my finger. He won't let me use a Qtip or gauze because he tries to eat it.
