I know you are right, we do need to say something. I don't believe, though, that they honestly do not think that this bothers us. If they felt like it was so big deal, then they would let her go in their own yard. I have seen both of them doing this without the other one so this means that they have had to have talked about letting their dog use our yard. Also, I was cleaning my son windows one morning and I saw him walk his dog to the front of our yard and let her go potty and the whole time he looked guilty and was looking at our windows, to see if anyone saw him doing this.
I guess we are just going to have to be as bold as they are being and just flat tell them to stop!
