If he is getting ticks I would assume your Frontline is not working for some reason, it should protect him from fleas and ticks. Possibly it is getting washed off? We have had no trouble with Frontline but I would talk to your vet about maybe trying something else. I know there is a pill they can take for fleas and ticks (it starts with a c), maybe that would work better for you.
