Wow, your little one is a tough one huh, chasing the big dogs. Im glad he didnt got hurt.I guess he will be getting another bath huh.

Regarding your neighbor abandoning the dogs, that is awful. I dont know how some people can do that. I hope the animal control person contacts you soon and the doggies get adopted to a great family. You are awesome for caring for them so far.
