There is no way those charges will be dropped. I don't know if anyone has seen the pictures but I went onto Suncoast Animal League website and read the story and saw the pictures. Those pictures made me cry and I hope this lady gets what she deserves, if not more. These poor puppies were treated so horribly and we can only hope that they find loving homes that will help them. But from looking at those pictures, there's no way she can get out of it. I read the story and she's the idiot that admited to them that she has not let the dogs out of the kennels to go outside in "at least four months"!! Thanks for the update and I can't wait to see how this ends.
