Aww Ashley, Bandit will be fine. He's probably sleeping while you're worried sick. He'll adjust and so will you.
If it makes you feel better, maybe you could hire someone to come to your house and take him for a walk half way through the day. Do you have a friend or relative that he could stay with while you work?
If not, don't worry....Bandit will get used to the new schedule.
