Ahh, the good ol' days. I remember 23.9.
I suppose I shouldn't whine too much. While Alaska is paying higher gas prices than average, the state is rolling in oil money. The governor just pushed through a plan to give all 600,000-plus residents a $1,200 check to help with energy costs.
We get it in September.
