That is so sad. Such a shame. I am the first one to admit that I spoil the hell out of my dog so when I hear stories about mistreatment, it drives me crazy. Dogs aim to please. If you feed them, they love you; if you go exercise with them, they love you; if you train them, they love you; if you get angry with them, they feel bad but they still love you. People who do not have the time or are willing to love such a special creature should not be allowed to have pets. Poor dog!
