Oh, yeah. Seriously.
My mother has three chihuahuas. One only weighs 2lbs even. She was the runt of the litter and the owner didn't want her because she said she looks like a rat. One is 5lbs and he was a rescue from a woman that died, and the last one weighs 25lbs! Nobody wanted her either because she wasn't "teacup". She's not big, she's just a fatty. She always has been. I just don't understand why the entire basis of buying a dog should be size. It's rediculous.
