It's not the best idea as the dog would more than likely be placed in a shelter but he would have a much better chance of finding a loving family. That man just disgusted me. $120 to fix something like that would have seemed awefuly cheap to me. Money is money. Of course, I would have never let it get that far but point being so. I would love to go incognito and rescue that poor dog..... like the guy would even notice.
