You are in California..I beleive it is Marin Co (sp) that does not allow breeding of any type. Doris Day foundation had alot to do with it. I knew a few Yorkie show breeders there that moved.
Limit on numbers of dogs is quite common in many counties..east and west coast..many rural counties are very lacked..my kind of county! LOL |
