if you go to animal welfare and you make barely nay money they will help fpr pet for nearly free. this guy has no excuse to not being taking care of his dog. what a jerk. i ran out of my house in a sports bra and sweat pants in a strom " i drive a sports car" the first night my baby had a seizure and drove an hour to the nearest animal hospital and i cried the whole way. i cant understand how people can feel nothing for their pets who love them dearly no matter what
