Yes he is, my son refuses to let me keep him. So regrettably I must but only to someone who will love him and make him a member of the family. You would adore him. He has a sparkling personality and he is adorable as you can see. He rides behind your nek while you drive. He plays with the giant cat, and loves to have his tummy scratched.
