Question Puppy Teeth

I am just wondering if their is an average age for Yorkies to lose all of their puppy teeth. Im asking because I took Shelby to the vet in the beginning of July and after her exam the vet said she would have to extract 4 of Shelby's puppy teeth. One of her k-9's had not yet come out and her adult k-9 was pressing against it, Shelby didnt give me reason to think she was in pain but the vet said she might be. Anyhow, the vet gave me an estimate for the extractions.... almost $500.00 for all 4 teeth!! So I told her I would be calling her later to set up the procedure.... so Ive been giving Shelby more "hard" toys and rawhides to chew on.... yesterday, her puppy k-9 came out!! Does this mean her puppy teeth are not done coming out?? To think, if I had scheduled the procedure earlier....

Basically, my questions are, do you think her teeth are not done falling out? She is 10 mths old.... should I wait and see if the others fall out on their own? The tooth that could have been causing pain just came out yesterday.... what do i do??
