It good be HG, our Yorkie didn't pass much blood but she did throw up alot.
My opinion what brings on HG is: Hot weather and stress.
Hope she stays well.

One small thing to do is to really make sure she is VERY well hydrated to avoid hard poos and constipation - you don't want her straining at all. So, I'd get a premium canned dog food and add some to her feedings so she obtains extra moisture and too avoid constipation.
