I understand what you are saying. I watched her video and saw where she showed the "mom" too, so it does look like she may be breeding them, but who knows? I thought it came across as she was bragging about how small she was too, which is a little disturbing if she is one of the people that tries to sell the "designer dogs"
just last night I was thinking to myself where the heck that term ever came from...Like Gucci is in the dog breeding business now or something and you can pick up dogs with designer labels stamped on their rear end.
