Animal Smiley 036 Thanks For the welcome

We could not get dusty to register on our digital scale even with my husband holding him, so that will have to wait until the vet , but I think he is pretty small even in Yorkie terms, but he has a very BIG personality! He is pretty spunky and not the least bit jumpy around bigger dogs or even my old cranky cats. He really seems to be comfortable in the crate, not that he wouldnt rather be running laps around my living room, but we have had him home all day and we have not had any accidents. More than I can say for most of my friends and their visiting pooches. We live on 6 acres in TN and all my friends know their pups are as welcome as they are! With some I like their canines better! So I feel like that may not be as difficult as I thought. When we trained our "Bella" it was a marathon to get her out the door before an accident, but now we have no issues with that and she sleeps in her crate with the door open, like it is her bedroom. I hope Dusty will feel the same. I am not opposed to a pooch on the furniture or in the bed, but I would be so afraid becuase he is so small. I attached a pic of Dusty in his crate because that is the only time today I could get him to sit still long enough to snap a pic of his face! He loves his little comfy cordouroy bed and lounges there whenever we put him "night night" I will hopefully get more pics tomorrow. We have yard work tomorrow so I am hoping to catch some of her playing in the grass.
