Oh my gosh, how terrifying. Did you see the sticky above where you can get help with vet bills? I wonder if you could get some help and maybe take to another vet to get looked over - otherwise, I'd be nervous this may happen again. Did they do a blood panel after this happened? I assume this was bright blood coming from her?
One small thing to do is to really make sure she is VERY well hydrated to avoid hard poos and constipation - you don't want her straining at all. So, I'd get a premium canned dog food and add some to her feedings so she obtains extra moisture and too avoid constipation.
I'm so sorry you're going through this - I would really want an answer if I were you.
