Oh how scary!

I am glad Haruka is ok! Shame on that owner! Whenever the dogs try to attack, the owner has to fix it because that is their responsibility! Unfortunately there will be always people who dont know how to handle their dogs.

Wow its a little bit scary when that happens on meetups! I stopped going to dog runs where I live but I love going in NYC, thats where we had the yorkie meetup and you came there a week early because you had to leave to Boston. Unfortunately in Staten Island dog runs have weird owners who dont know how to handle their dogs and I dont want to have any part of it
