Puppies can eat raw from the beginning. That said, I'd let your baby settle in for a good couple weeks before making any major changes - just to be sure everything is fine. Puppies go through a lot of stress when moving to their first home, and stress affects digestion - so if you can wait just a bit - I think that'd be good. But after that, go for it.
