Mine didnt start shedding till about 20 months....? I think that was it... She is 2.5 now and shedding just as much.

Ive had her scratch tested...by 2 dif vets... my regular vet and a dermatologist/ allergy doc.... both said its allergies. We thought it was food allergies BUT I am convinced it isnt.
I want to hold off on the shots and meds for as long as humanly possible.. not only so I could possibly figure out the main allergy but also cuz shes been on a lot of meds as a baby and never did well on them. When it gets REALLY bad I give her Benadryl and she sleeps for a day.. the next day it gets better. She's had 2 really bad breakouts from the allrgies and we treated those when they came up.. I really want to try to avoid constant medicine.

But you should def call the vets office and just check.. maybe the assistant or nurse can help you... you should prob have him tested.. its very quick and wasnt painful for her... they just scratch off a little peice of skin, I dont think she even noticed it the first time.
