Vaccinations reactions aren't uncommon with MVD.
I would talk to your vet about how they feel about skipping it because of the severity of the problem with the reactions.
I know Dr. Dodds is in CA and she doesn't vaccinate animals with diseases where the vaccine could make the disesae worse as far as I know.
