SO GLAD your baby is okay, how SCARY for you!! Emergencies are terrifiying, but to have a vet so far from you on top of it all, makes it even more so.
NutriCal is great to have on hand at all times - they make formulas for both adults and puppies - and really, either one is fine to have on hand for emergencies. If you're ever in a bind and don't have Nutrical - rub Karo syrup or Honey on the gums - or even straight sugar - anything to get sugar into the bloodstream,
stat. Heck, you could even keep NutriCal and/or sugar packets in the car for worse case scenarios.
It is also crucial to have empty syringes on hand in case you need to force fluids and/or sugar water. Again, so happy your baby is okay!
