Well, sounds to me like the perfect home for a soon-to-be spoiled ROTTEN yorkie, as far as I can tell! You completely "get it", in terms of all the vulnerabilities of a yorkie and clearly know exactly what it all entails - so now, I'm just rubbing my hands together in hopes that you find a
perfect match. There are rescues available sometimes (weeding out scams, occasionally) - have you checked out the "Rescue" section here?
