It sounds like his tummy was already upset early last night - so I wonder if he ate something he shouldn't have; that would be my guess - esp. with the tummy sounds and then the vomiting, which is the body's way of getting rid of something toxic. It could have been from being too empty - but since he was feeling kind of icky the night before, I'm kind of doubting that...
