Things like this to happen if they are not spay and neutered.

Welcome to YT. It is really important to have your girl spayed. She is too small to be having pups and your vet should have recommended this be done when she was 5 or 6 months old. I hope someone experieneced with breeding will be able to help you. Please consider having her spayed right away to prevent it from happening again.
