I actually found my puppy on Kijiji.

After emailing, and talking with her on the phone I decided to get him.

I went to her place. Saw where she kept them. Everything was clean and she only had a two adult dogs there and four puppies. One of which she had just bought to be her stud. I was confident she wasn't running a puppy mill or a being a backyard breeder.

I did run into a lot of scams on there, so be careful. Some of those ads WERE too good to be true.
