 Update on SIL mom
My sil mom is now on high doses of morphine and still in pain. The hospice nurse seems to think that the tumor has gone to her esophagus. She can't hardly breathe, she can't swallow or talk. The boys have told her today that when she is ready to go that it is ok. She told them that she is glad to hear that and then gave them a hug. SOOOO SAD.
The nurse said that she will eventually stop breathing. So it could be any time. My daughter is staying with her this weekend. We are now praying that she doesn't suffer long. Cancer is a terrible disease.
