I don't think you have much choice at this point. This is now an
open wound. She can't be left like that. It is much different since she has already had the surgery.
I will be praying for her and you. You just keep on doing what you are doing.....which is the best you can for that baby. I have the utmost confidence in you. God has equipped you because He has called you to it. I believe this with my whole heart.
