Does anyone know how I would dispose of an old laptop? I don't know what to do with it to avoid the possibility that it could get into the wrong hands (although I don't know what they would do other than log into my various online accounts or take my vacation photos).

It doesn't even turn on anymore, so donating it to be reused isn't an option.
