I so agree. With Grizzley Bear I was so fortunate to have the same Groomer for 8.5 yrs of his. She would do same day service and have him out in 3 to 4 hours. I trusted her with my little guy for she knew how to handle him. He trusted her. She only would groom him and she was the salon owner. He always remembered her on her b'day and Christmas.
I was so sad when she retired. I hope if I should be blessed with another yorkie. I find someone just like her.
