All it takes is a pinch. Benefiber is so much easier than pumpkin bc it mixes into anything and is tasteless. So, literally - just grab a pinch btwn your fingers and put it in. Benefiber (just to reassure you) is also what Marcel's former nutritionist recommends for fiber for dogs (if pumpkin doesn't work or if pumpkin adds too much volume).
