This is very true. There is an episode of Intervention on A&E coming up with a girl that is seriously addicted to this. For anyone that has teenagers I suggest you watch this with them so they can see. Another form of this is them using helium....it does the same thing. When they start doing this you usually see their lips sort of blue becuase of the lack of oxygen to their system.
