I wouldn't put Natures Miracle in the coffee maker. For one reason it contains something called enzymes, which are actually living bacteria. These bacteria eat the proteins in the urine that cause the smell. That's the only way to really get rid of the proteins, if you heat up the solution too high it might kill these bacteria. Plus do you really want this in your coffeemaker? Don't forget high temperatures can "set" a stain.
