No,it doesnt mean there will be health problems later on at all.My oldest yorkie (Lady) weighed in at 8oz when I got her at 7 weeks,so you can only imagine what she weighed at birth.She was the runt of the litter too and has always been super healthy,she was also helped to eat by her former owner because of her birth size.Right now she is 15 months od and weighs in at 2lbīs and we havent had a single problem with her at all.
Her mom has only had 3 others like her in her time as a breeding female,and ALL have grown into tiny but healthy yorkies I have another female who is 8 and a half lbīs at 10 months old and she has ALWAYS had problems Diarrea,vomiting etc..she has a VERY sensitive tummy Tiny DOESNT always mean sickly
