I'm not sure what your question is, I get those all the time in my e-mail box, is this the first time you got one. I think if you go to user CP you can opt out of being notified to subscriptions of posts.
Or are you questioning the fact that it was scanned by "Avg anti-virus program"? I think that comes free with cable.
