I have sent an email to the site verifying that they have the books, the cost and them.

Once I receive a reply from them I will just put a POST back in here (not a PM to all) for my name/address. You can send me your checks/money orders for payment.

WHen you send me your payment, make sure you put on there your address that I need to ship the book to.

I have also asked them the eta once ordered just to give all of you an idea of the eta for your book.
