 Question about probiotics and people
So after being on meds for 3 months in the spring- i need pro biotics and i'm have a very hard time swallowing the pill (i can't swallow anything but a small advil) anyways- can i open the pro biotic capsule and put it in soemthing like yogurt and take it that way? anyone know?
